I had a lovely stay in September. It was a peaceful spot with a great location, just a short walk from the shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. Plus, there was a poolside restaurant nearby. 🌴.

Review of Port Douglas Plantation Resort
My stay in September was absolutely fantastic! the room was brand-new and beautifully maintained, providing a very comfortable experience. the resort is ideally located near day trips, restaurants, and attractions like the reef, the Daintree, and Cape Tribulation. It’s also situated on the outskirts of Port Douglas, which is quite pleasant. I appreciated the easy check-in process and the option for late check-out. it was a lovely getaway!

As we didnt spend a lot of time inside I cant really judge. We didnt have time to go to the pool and I am not sure the bar was opened a lot. The swimming pool and bar area were very nice and quiet. The appartment was big and comfortable. Its far from the beach and the city center but as we had a car it was ok. The only negative point was about the cleanness, one cockroach in a cupboard and rather dusty.

Friendly but unobtrusive staff.Would do anything you asked but otherwise left you alone. The accommodation was incredibly clean and comfortable and the resort so quiet .The only downside was the distance to Port Douglas but as a base for visiting North Queensland could not be faulted.

The hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for families with its spacious rooms featuring two separate bedrooms. We particularly enjoyed having a laundry in our room, which was very convenient when traveling with our three little kids. There are also sunny outside seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and varied.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

We recently stayed at a resort in the perfect location to explore all the wonderful sights in the surrounding area. The hotel is just a short drive away from Cairns, Tablelands, and the beautiful Port Douglas itself. It was so convenient to have everything within reach.
No improvement needed. Everything was perfect during our stay.
